Exclusive Cincinnati Screening, One Night Only !

Director, Cast and Beavers will invade the Garfield Theatre !!
ONE NIGHT ONLY: The cast & crew of HUNDREDS OF BEAVERS, the subversive hit of the 2023 festival circuit, are coming to Cincinnati to host a screening of their surreal comedy.
An insanely inventive mix of comedy, action, romance and fantasy, shot in the sub-zero winter wilds of Michigan and Wisconsin. HUNDREDS OF BEAVERS was released July 28, 2023 and has been killing it with awards at US and international festivals ever since.
“Quite simply a film that must be experienced to appreciate its genius. It is symphonic physical comedy with a sharp eye on what makes slapstick so universally appealing. It is saucy, subversive, and brilliant.”
Watch the trailer for a taste of delights that await.
Subverting the myth of the great frontiersman, in this 19th century epic, to survive the frozen North and win the hand of his heart’s desire, a Canadian applejack salesman must go from zero to hero and become the greatest fur trapper by defeating hundreds of civilized, sophisticated beavers – who are united against him.
In this melange of live-action and animation, all animals are played by puppets or by humans in mascot costumes, resulting in a bizarre concoction that’s part Funniest Home Videos, part Buster Keaton/Harold Lloyd, a dash of Looney Tunes, with a nod to Chaplin’s Modern Times. It has to be seen to be believed.
The director and star will be in attendance with their furry friends for a film and Q&A experience you’ll never forget.
